How quickly can you clean up my books?
Most cleanup projects are completed within 5 to 7 business days, depending on the volume and complexity. We have handled cleanups involving 8,000+ transactions across two years and delivered in three weeks. During our discovery call, we will give you a specific timeline based on your situation.
Do you work with QuickBooks Online or Xero?
Both. We are certified in QuickBooks Online and Xero and work with both platforms daily. We can also help you migrate from one to the other, or from QuickBooks Desktop to QBO. We also have experience with Odoo and Wave if that is what your business uses.
What e-commerce platforms do you support?
We reconcile across Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, PayPal, and Square. We work with A2X for automated reconciliation and also handle direct integrations. If you sell on multiple channels with different payment processors, that is exactly the kind of complexity we are built for.
How do you charge — hourly or fixed price?
It depends on the project. For cleanups, we typically provide a fixed quote after the assessment so you know the total cost upfront. For ongoing monthly bookkeeping, we work on a flat monthly retainer. For consultations and advisory work, we charge hourly. We will figure out the best structure during our call.
I am years behind on my books. Is that a problem?
Not at all — that is literally what we do. We have reconstructed four years of financial records for a group of 11 companies. Multi-year backlogs are our specialty. The sooner we start, the sooner your CPA can file and you can make informed business decisions again.
What timezone do you work in?
We are based in the UAE (GMT+4) but work across US, Canadian, and Middle Eastern timezones daily. Most of our clients are in the United States and Canada, and we have significant overlap with North American business hours. Can you work directly with my CPA or tax preparer?
Absolutely. We frequently collaborate directly with CPAs and tax preparers. In fact, several of our projects have come through CPA firms who needed someone to clean up their clients' books before filing. We deliver books in a format your CPA can work with immediately — no extra formatting or back-and-forth needed.
